Worst aftersalecl survice. I gave up. My fan was broken after few months. They accepted for repair in Galle. After 4 months and five visits no repair done.

MAY GOD HELP YOU IF ANY ELECTRICAL ITEM YOU BUY FROM ABANS BREAKS - SEE MY REVIEW BELOW
TITAN EDGE WATCH WAS BOUGHT AT ABSTRACT WELISARA AT A PREMIUM PRICE -
Abans after sales service is PUTRID (HORRIBLE). i bought a watch at Abstract Welisara which broke during the guarantee period which was one year. I went over just to inquire and they wanted money upfront to begin repairs. Though they repaired and gave it was still faulty.
In May I had to give it for repairs again by which time the warranty period was over. I checked time and again and there was no response until August and they said they said the parts were ordered. Now they are saying in September that the whole mechanism has to be replaced. THIS IS ABSURD AND UNACCEPTABLE. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ABANS EVER AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND TO ALL NOT TO BUY. As long there are no repairs to your electric items purchased from Abans everything is rosy. BUT BEWARE IF IT BREAKS EVEN DURING THE GUARANTEE PERIOD. SENAKA PERERA
