Biomass briquettes are a biofuel substitute to coal and charcoal. Biomass briquettes are made from agricultural and forestry waste. The low density biomass(agricultural and forestry waste) is converted into high density biomass briquettes with the help of a briquetting machine that uses binder less technique, without using any type of chemical so it is 100% natural.After couple of surveys we conclude that there is a huge demand of briquettes in Sri Lanka so to meet up those requirements we installed 2 high capacity Briquetting Press Machine with Dryer and Crusher. Our production capacity is 20 TPD with raw matrial of Saw Dust , Paddy Straw , Paddy Husk and other Agricultural waste. We did some testing of briquettes in our dryer, So now I will share you the information that in what time temperature reaches by using 50kgs of briquettes.
100°c in 6:30
200°c in 8:50
300°c in 10:30
400°c in 14:30
