Reviews of George Gooneratne Optometrists - Colombo

Horrible service! My aunt visited this showroom recently and we inquired if the eye testing was free, the manager immediately said yes, while looking for frames we couldn't find anything that was satisfactory, as soon as the eye test was completed they demanded Rs 500, stating if I didn't buy something this is an compulsory charge, first stating that it it's free and then demanding payment is ludicrous and unprofessional for a company like George Gooneratne. Please avoid at all costs, if you want professional branded look elsewhere where there aren't any loopholes.
Moral of this review is that it's not the mere 500 I lost, it's there dishonesty and cunning tactics to earn a few rupees which is in dispute.
