A degree in any field or CIM/SLIM equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Strong social network presence and skills in social networking.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Must have closed Projects/Sales of more than Rs. 100 Million per annum.
- A degree in any field or CIM/SLIM equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales including 7 years in Senior Management level.
- Must have a proven track record.
- Candidates from integrated IT solutions backgrounds and experience in handling large customers, with a solution selling mindset, are encouraged to apply.
- Presentations to customers.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for ICT products and solutions selling.
- Achieves satisfactory profitability and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Meets with key clients, assisting the sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
- Evaluates periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Advice to the top management on sales expansion strategies.
