Reviews of Opulent River Face Hotel

We have Booked royal ball room hall in River face hotel on December 2012 for our homecoming party. they have made me crazy and they ruined our life time beautiful function. Please spend little time to read my feedback how they have done it From the beginning. and i don't have anything to do with this because this is already over. but i am pointing out this for people who like to take a contract with this hotel to consider these things and yes also for the management to overcome their fault as a customer feedback. i think this will help full for both parties to make better arrangement here after without repeating same thin that already happen to us. Hotel management & my side agreed to issue liquor on both roof top which is two floors up from wedding hall and hall small bar area. and also agreed to arrange four VIP tables according to the party crowd. First i will tell you first floor bar area is too small to having party with large crowd and roof top is too far away from the wedding hall. So they should have been flexible. My point is in functions there will be relatives as well as friends also. The must be near by party and as well as enjoy. Now here is the thing one we came to the hall with our crowd. the didn't have such a complete arrangement. I took setty back from hotel. but there is no decorated stool with that. they said we " don't have stool for this". And there are no arrangement for hall bar area and VIP table. i had to questioned for all these things and also argive. the simply said hotel management was not instructed. Huh... How its possible.. they also have function sheet as same as mine by writing all the things. So , i had to attended to point out these things & explain while keep aside my function. Do you think is the professional way to handle the functions? And also we have agreed to serve some snakes and soft drinks before opening the dinner buffet. but they not arrange at all after i remind also. Now here is another thing happen to me, there is free room for night stay to our package. In the last payment day while i asking from the management the spoke its will arrange by the day and they will let you know. i waited they didn't mention anything. So i asked they said there is no arrangement like that. if you want you have to buy our hotel room. I said no that is included to our package and i had to keep fingering for this thin hardly. finally the manger who is handling the occasion called to their owner. ( he said like that) then answer is yes it was on last package presently that promotion not included. So i had to find my contract paper and show to the manager and pointed the day that package valid date (June 2013) while going on the party. there is no cooperative assistance & very very poor professionalism. So he called up again to his owner then he agreed. i don't know what was that. room is just okky with poor facilities. OMG My bad luck on my special occasion with this hotel. If U going to book Be care full......!!!
