Review of Freight System Logistic Lanka (Pvt) Ltd

I received such an appalling service from Freight systems Sri Lanka branch with regards to my import of used personal effects. I shipped them from England and I was charged Rs. ******** for the delivery order and they promised to ring me when the package had arrived at the wearhouse where one can collect their goods from customs and Colombo port authority. However, there was no such communication and I kept phoning them to find an outcome with no result. They provided me with a number to contact the port myself and said Frieght systems has nothing to do with my goods anymore.

From what I realise, the customer is of no use to them once they gethe their money. Very appalling and I wanted to share my experience with others who may want to use this service or are made to use this service as I had to.
