The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute Sri Lanka(CAPSOISL) was initially established as "The Society of Chiththa Certified Psychological Counsellors of Sri Lanka", inaugurated on 01st January 2020 is based on the guidelines of the Senior Lecturers in Psychology from the National Universities of Sri Lanka, International Association of Applied Psychology; U.S.A. as the First Sri Lankan Institute Membership for Teaching Psychological Studies, Association of Health Care Trainers; UK in 2022 and now CAPSOISL has received International Signatory from The University and College Sector's Collective Response to the Global Goals (The SDG Accord); U.K. and Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association; Australia, International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine;UK.
