Dear sir/mamdam

I would like to request send us a quotation for uniform based on following requirements.

• What is the maximum quantity accepting per order & Minimum quantity per order?
• What are the materials using (shirt white colour trousers black Colour
• Size for shirt 15 ½, 16 & 16 ½ -Trousers 28”,30”,32”,34” & 36”
• And your terms and condition such as credit period advance payment accepting cheque etc.
