Question for Osman's Gem 'N' Jewellery

I purchased a 3.81 cts oval natural blue sapphire 18kt ring Invoice No. 3093 and Cert. of Gem Guarantee No. 0822 and a 4.25 cts pear shaped 18kt. pendant Invoice No. 3093 and Cert. of Gem Guarantee No. 0820. I want to insure them but I need the following information from you. Were the sapphires heat treated and are they Ceylon blue sapphires? Please provide me with the information so I can show it to the insurance company. Thank you Stuart J. Edelman
